I needed to mount my heavy 52" TV on the wall, and I was staggered to see the $400 to $800 price tags at Best Buy etc. I found this Cheetah brand here on Amazon, and the price seemed more sensible (after all, we're just talking about some steel and hinges!).
The mount worked great, and is super-strong, rated to 180 lbs. My TV is about 90 lbs. It is very universal and adjustable, so it can handle any TV.
It tilts and swings in ALL directions, side to side, up-down, and it pivots. We have it on a basement wall, and if you are working or exercising "off to the side" you can swing the TV around to view it from anywhere.
This mount is not one of those "recessed" mounts that is set back in-between the studs (need to cut a hole in the drywall). Instead this just mounts on wall, so it does make the TV stick out 3" or 4", but that is standard for non-flush TV mounts.
The only downside on this mount is that one of its adjumtments included two sliding brackets that were interconnected by a gear (hard to explain in words ... youll know it when you see it) and mine came mis-adjusted. It was a royal pain to re-align them, but I eventually got it (and Im pretty mechanically inclined). But maybe that was just an isolated problem.
Summary: This is an OUTSTANDING value. The price is about what TV mounts SHOULD cost. Im a frugal guy, and Im happy with this purchase. The big brands (Chief and Sanus) are twice as expensive with no real benefit.

I installed the mount last night. First let me state that the components are of exceptional build quality. It's very heavy duty, very rugged, and looks good. Overall, the design worked very well for my application (46" Aquos). The directions were clear and easy to follow.
The mount articulates very well, the adjustments work great! It feels very sturdy and rugged and no doubt will provide years of service.
Now that not so good - I also had the alignment problem with the part that mounts the TV bracket to the mount. I had to disassemble stuff that is not supposed to be disassembled to fix it. Took about 20 minutes of scratching my head to figure it out.
I arrived with some of the cable management covers broken. Not the fault of the design of the mount, just thought I'd throw this in.
The last caveat is that the actual cable management system, while it looks GREAT, is a pain in the rear end to get setup. It took me about 3 hours start to finish to do the mount, and probably another hour of farting around with cables and screws to get them all tucked in nice, very frustrating.
Overall though you should not be disappointed with this mount. It is heavy duty (45 pounds!) and quality stuff, just be ready for some mechanical challanges. Overall a great value.
One last thing - if you have any doubts about your ability to install one of these, do not do it. Hire a professional. There are many chances to make a very expensive error.

Overall a good product.
I too had a quality issue - the entire adjustable arm assembly was mounted upside-down on the rear plate. Not hard to fix, but if not noticed it would have been discovered while holding the TV up for mounting. Be careful and inspect the item carefully.
BIG WARNING - it only works up to 16" stud width. I have 24" studs, so I had to buy metal bars to mount behind the provided mounting plate, and then mount the plate to the bars. Not the best solution, but workable. Note also that the bolts to mount the TV itself were too small for a Sharp Aquos 65" - you'll need to buy 10M 1.50 40mm.
Once installed, it is very sturdy yet provides amazing range of adjustment. It was some work, but I'm pleased.
